Welcome to Go Rinjani Company. By booking a trek with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, safety, and satisfaction for all our clients.

  • Booking and Payment
  • Bookings can be made through WhatsApp, email, or via our website.
  • A 30% depositis required to confirm your booking.
  • Full payment must be completed at least 24 hours beforethe trek departure.
  • Confirmation will be sent after the deposit is received.
  • Payment Option
  1. We accept:
    • Local Bank Transfer (IDR)
    • Wise/TransferWise
    • Cash upon arrival

Any transaction or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Cancellation and Refunds
  • Cancel more than 30 days before the trek and get a full refund minus any fees.
  • Cancel 15 to 30 days before and receive 50% refund.
  • Cancel less than 15 days before the trek, no refund will be given.
  • If you cancel due to safety or weather issues, you can choose a full refund or reschedule.

Participant Requirements

  • You must be physically fit for mountain trekking.
  • Inform us about any medical conditions before the trek.
  • We recommend having travel insurance for emergencies.
  • Payment Option
    • Trekking involves risks such as injury, illness, or unpredictable weather.
    • You accept these risks and agree not to hold us liable except in cases of gross negligence.

Conduct and Responsibility

  • Follow instructions from your guides for your safety and the group’s well-being.
  • Disrespectful or unsafe behavior can lead to removal from the trek without refund.
  • Help us protect the environment and respect local communities.

Equipment and Personal Items

  • We provide tents, sleeping bags, and meals.
  • You are responsible for your personal gear and belongings.
  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

Changes to Itinirary

  • We may change the schedule or route due to weather, safety, or other reasons.
  • No refunds will be given for itinerary changes caused by external factors.

Photographs and Media

By participating in our treks, you consent to the use of your photographs or video recordings taken during the trip for promotional or marketing purposes by  Go Rinjani Company. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify our guides at the start of the trek.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indonesian law.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate local courts.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Go Rinjani Companyis not responsible for any injuries, accidents, health issues, or loss of personal items during the trek.
  • Trekking is a physically demanding activity and all participants accept the risks involved.

Environmental & Ethical Commitment

  • We are committed to eco-friendly trekking. All waste must be carried back and disposed of properly.
  • We support local communities and practice responsible tourismin Mount Rinjani National Park.

Feedback and Complaints

  • Your feedback is valuable. If you experience any issues, please contact us during or after your trek.
  • We strive to resolve any problems quickly and professionally.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the new version will apply to all future bookings. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically.
